Hello Jayson, thanks for reaching out. The Thule Xsporter Pro Mid Overland Truck Bed Rack # TH34RR can be used on the 2025 Ram 1500 short bed without the Rambox BUT the bed side utility rails would have to be removed in order to install the rack. This would be the case for any ladder rack for the 2025 Ram. They are made to attach to the standard bed rail.

Jessie, The bed rails are standard on a Ram when equipped with the utility rails, as the utility rail is mounted below the bed rail in the side of the box. The utility rail is about 8" down from the top of the bed rail, so depending on how thick the clamps are overall, it should be doable without removing the utility rails. I have a folding tonneau cover that clamps onto the bed rails and it works fine with the utility bars below it.
