Do the units come pre charged with Freon ?

Hello Calvin, thanks for reaching out. The Advent AC units like the # ADV92SR you mentioned do come pre-charged with refrigerant. It uses the new R32 refrigerant, and it is a closed system so there is no way to recharge it like with residential AC units.
Are you replacing an old AC unit? Or adding a new one?
