Does The GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System Come Already Charged?

Question:
Good morning, Is the GE83ZR air conditioner already charged? Replacing a Dometic in my 2012 Forest River Woldwood model 32BHDS Also does the thermostat have heat mode on it. My thermostat also goes to the furnace on heat. Thanks

Hello Patrick. Yes, the GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System do come already charged with refrigerant. It is a closed system so there would be no way to recharge it with freon like a residential AC.
The included thermostat will work to control your furnace as well as the AC.

Hey Patrick, did the GE Appliances Deluxe RV AC System work well with your Forest River? I'm asking because your experience could help others in a similar situation.
