Looking for tow hitch 2019 GMC DENALI HD2500 Diesel Crew cab 4x4 with 10 lift. Currently have a goose neck with 2. Need both the 2 and 2 5/16.

Hello Enrique,

You asked about the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS20066BMP. This will connect to a trailer coupler just fine, but it cannot be used with a gooseneck hookup.

The stock hitch height on a 2019 GMC Denali HD2500 is typically around 21–22". With a 10" lift, you're actually sitting between 29–32". Since the average trailer coupler height is 16–18", that puts you at about a 16" drop for level towing. To accommodate this, you’ll need the BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount for 2-1/2" Hitch – 15-1/4" Drop, 15" Rise – 22K # HD2514 to tow level.

If you prefer to stick with B&W, the model with the most drop is the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount – 2-1/2" Hitch – 8-1/2" Drop, 9" Rise – 18K – Black # BW78SR. To my knowledge, the GM MultiPro Tailgate was not introduced on the 2500HD model until 2020, so this model should work great for your 2019.

To ensure you're getting the correct drop, the best method is to measure from the ground to the inside top of your truck's receiver, then from the ground to the bottom of the trailer coupler. Subtract the trailer measurement from the truck measurement to determine the drop you need. Please make sure both measurements are taken on level ground. If your measurement is significantly different from a 16" drop, let me know.

I've attached two images showing the difference between a trailer coupler and a gooseneck coupler. A gooseneck ball must be mounted in the bed of your truck. If you did in fact mean gooseneck, please let me know.
