Solution for Needing Replacement Leaf Spring for Pontoon Boat Trailer

Question:
Looking for a new set of leaf springs for my pontoon boat trailer. Old ones are double eye 4 leaf and measure 21-1/4 hole to hole with trailer jacked up off the ground. I believe my single axle is rated for 3750 but not 100 sure. It has a sticker with a 3750 GAWR. I cannot seem to find anything close to what I need. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hey Brad, the capacity of leaf spring we offer that best matches what you need would be the 4,000 lb axle springs like the galvanized part # e48SR. Now this is a longer spring than what you need but we don't have any springs that match the length you need regardless of capacity so only option would be having to have the spring mounts moved. Which will require some welding.
