How To Get More Turning Clearance w/ a B&W Turnoverball Gooseneck Hitch

Question:

Just added a turn over ball to a 2023 chevy 2500, haven ultimate hitch that was in my Ram. the ball an the chevy sets behind the axle, how do I compensate for the loss of room between tailgate and hitch? I have had the Ultimate for awhile and don’t have paperwork any longer.

The only option to get more clearance with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch item # BWGNRK1020 and an Anderson Ultimate Hitch, is to install the 4" Offset Ball item # BWGNXA4085. This 4" Offset Ball, has a 20,000 lbs capacity, and moves the mounting point back towards your tailgate 4".
