Hey Daren, the MagnaFlow Pro DPF Series Filter-Back Exhaust System # MF17872 that you referenced would not interfere with the install of a B and W Turnoverball Gooseneck like the part # BWGNRK1116 on your 2017 Ford F-250. The routing of the exhaust is similar enough to the stock exhaust that there wouldn't be any issues.
