Hello, Can these be used as a three way switch to run 12v LED light?

Hi James; the 12V Momentary Switch # 37212825 is not designed to be used as a 3-way switch since it returns to the neutral position when you aren't pressing on it. You need something like the # 37212625 instead which can be paired with another for a 3 way switch setup.
