Hello Todd. The Mini-Momentary 12V Switch # 37212815 is made to fit a 3/4" x 1/2" cutout. It also has two connectors on the back so it sounds like this will meet all of your parameters.

Hi Jessie, I saw this switch too, however the amp ratings are significantly different. My current switch is 16 amp at 12V this switch is 5 amp. Will the 12v smoke the 5 amp switch?

@Todd Ah ok. The problem I am running into here is the cutout size. Most of the higher rated switches are too large. We do have one option though, the Single Labeled Mini-Rocker Switch # 37213735. This is rated for 20 amps at 12VDC and will fit a 3/4" x 1/2" cutout. It does have 4 connections on the back.
