Hey Bryan,
I am happy to figure out what brakes you need for that trailer. Based off of the year make and model/trim it looks like you have 4400lb axles.
I recommend # K23-478-479, Dexter Nev-R-Adjust brakes. These will fit your axle and are self adjusting so you wont have to ever manually adjust them. Dexter has great quality brakes and they come as the full assembly so they are ready to put right on and bolt down.
Were you needing hubs and drums as well? I can find the right ones for you if you let me know what bolt pattern is on that trailer.
