Hi I am looking for a ladder rack system that will be compatible with my trifold bed cover on my 2021 Chevy Colorado 6 2” bed. If you could please send me some part numbers or options I would have Thankyou

Hey Jonathan, as long as the stake pockets of the bed rails of your 2021 Chevy Colorado aren't covered the Adarac Pro Series ladder rack part # A23DJ would be your best option as far as for sure fits since this is most universal.
If your tonneau has tracks that mount on top of the rails for accessory attachment the Yakima Overhaul HD part # Y01151-5855 that you referenced would work great but not every tonneau cover has this.
