Will the mounting pad of the E95VV fit the bolt pattern of an older Fulton manual crank winch? For a small jon boat.

Hey Mac, yes the etrailer boat winch part # e95VV that you referenced does fit the same mounting bracket that your Fulton winch currently has. This has the standard slotted mounting bracket.
