Hey there Nate, yes, the Weigh Safe Flap Jack Folding RV Stabilizing Block - 8" Tall - 6K # WS63ER will work great for your 2019 Grand Design Momentum 397TH that you say weighs 20,000lbs. The tongue weight / pin weight according to my sources should be around 3,500-45,00lbs at most. Each block is rated to 6k, and you'll actually have 2 up front sharing that weight, so you'll be fine there. Then the landing gear jacks only help to level and stabilize the RV, and you won't be anywhere close to as much weight as the tongue weight, so no worries there either.
For your RV you'll probably want 6 total since you have 6 jacks that make contact with the ground. For that, I recommend going with a 2 pack: # WS78ER
and a 4 pack: # WS88ER
I love these blocks since they are compact when not in use, and fit into a little storage bag :)
