Will RoadMaster XL Base Plate Kits fit a Blue Ox Tow Bar and Do they Install Through the Bumper

Roadmaster 118-15. 1. Will this work woth a Blue Ox towbar? 2. Does it install through the bumper or does it hang below the bumper?

The XL Sytle brackets from RoadMaster will need an adapter to work with a Blue Ox Towbar. The adapter is part # RM-032. I have included a link to a video review of this adapter.
Typically, the XL brackets install through the bumper. Part # 118-15 is for a 1996-1998 Geo Tracker, no brush guard, or 2 door Suzuki Sidekick.
