Question:
I have a 2006 Winnebago tour. 36 foot. I’m assuming it’s pre-wired for a break controller. I’m just not sure where the factory wiring harness would be located. If you could help, that would be amazing.

Hey Mike! The 2006 Winnebago Tour built on the F-53 chassis does indeed have a port to plug in a brake controller. The Tekonsha Prodigy P2 item # 90885, you were looking at would be a great option. This is one of our best and most popular proportional brake controllers. You can use the Tekonsha Plug-In Wiring Adapter item # 3035-P to install it.
The port on your Winnebago is a 6-pin gray plug that can be accessed by removing the plastic dash pod cover located directly behind the instrument cluster. It will be hidden under the dash, forward, and left of the steering column.
