Can the mounts be counter sunk in the floor?

Hello Marc, thanks for reaching out. I don't see any reason why not. The Erickson Removable Motorcycle Wheel Chock # EM07506 is designed to be flush mounted on the floor but you could sink the mounts if you want to as long as there is still enough floor material for the hardware to attach to. Just don't sink them past where the top of the mount is flush with the floor.
