Question:
Ive had Firestone and like them in the past. How do these PacBrakes hold up and compare? How about the Air Lift?

Hello Clement, thanks for reaching out. So far I have been pretty impressed with the PacBrake air bags. I would say they are in line with the quality of the Air Lift air bags. They use similar top plates. Pretty much everything about the design of their bags is equivalent to Air Lift.
Personally I still prefer the Firestone air bags since they use a rolled crimp-sealed top plate which is way more robust than the Air Lift or Pacbrake. Also the brackets that come with the Firestone kits tend to be a bit more custom. Like they offer a much wider variety of upper and lower bracket combinations. The Air Lift brackets are a bit more "universal" so they can take a bit more work to assemble and the fit can be a bit more "crude".
The Pacbrakes are typically a bit more affordable than others, but its not that big of a price difference generally.
Since you like the Firestone air bags, I would do another Firestone kit if you get a new truck. Firestone may cost a bit more but there are not enough advantages to the Pacbrake for me to talk you out of it.
What is the year, make and model of your truck?

Hey Clement, did you decide to go with the Firestone air bags for your truck, or did you try out the PacBrake or Air Lift? I'm curious about your choice because it could help others looking to make a similar decision.
