The RoadMaster Tow Dolly is a 3x3 inch tongue and the U-bolts are threaded just at the ends so they will really only fit a 3x3 inch tongue or trailer frame.
Of course you do have the option of buying longer U-bolts if you have a 3x4 or 3x5 trailer tongue or frame.
We also have other trailer frame and tongue mounted spare tire carriers you may be interested like Fulton Hi-Mount Spare Tire carrier, part # FSTC1000301 or Dutton-Lainson Offset Spare Tire Carrier part # DL22120.
