Hello Karl,
We do carry backing plates, but the ones we do have would need to be cut to size to fit the Single Axle Jeep Style Trailer Fender - Cold Rolled Steel - 8" to 12" Wheels - Qty 1 # HP99VR.
The width on the # HP99VR is 24" and the height is 8", so if you were to get the Backing Plate for Tandem Axle Trailer Fender - Steel - 69" x 12" # HP72FR the one sheet will be more than enough to do 2 wheels. I wish we had a backing plate in the size you need, but this would be your best option.
What kind of trailer are you putting these on?
