Manual Winch Recommendation for a 5,000 lb Boat on an EZ Loader Trailer

Question:
I have used a Powerwinch to bring my 5000 lb. 22 foot bay liner onto the EZ Loader tailer but the Powerwinch is a pain and left me stranded at the dock to many times. Do you sell a handwinch that will work for it?

Hey Mark, thanks for reaching out!
Does your boat trailer have rollers, or bunk boards? If it has bunks then you'll need a winch rated for 5,000 lbs, but if you have rollers, then something like the Fulton F2 # FW32000101 rated for 3,200 lbs is a great option for a manual winch.
Do you think the Fulton F2 will work, or do we need to stick with a different design?

Hey Mark, did you decide if the Fulton F2 winch worked for your boat trailer, or did you go with a different option? I'm asking because your experience could really help others facing the same issue.
