Where can I buy replacement threaded mounting plates that fit inside the unibody frame to secure the hitch mounting bolts? This would be for a 2009-2013 Subaru Forester. I would also be interested in a full hardware kit that included the bolts, washers, threaded plates, etc.

Hey Mike, thanks for reaching out!
To get replacement mounting hardware for a hitch that fits an '09-'13 Subaru Forester, you just need the # RHK kit where you input your hitch number and we'll send you all of the replacement hardware (provided we carry that hitch brand).
I will say, the hitches that fit the range of Forester come with plates and bolts that you drop down through the frame with a fish wire - the hitch doesn't install via weld nuts.
If you check out the etrailer Trailer Hitch Receiver # e59AR you'll see what kind of hardware you can expect, and the installation instructions to get an idea of how your hitch will install since they all have a similar design.
