Hey John thanks for the question. If you Leer Topper doesn't have a set of tracks or crossbars mounted on it you can use the Rhino-Rack Aero Bar Roof Rack for Camper Shells item # Y02-480B to install the 60" Long x 54" Wide Yakima LockNLoad Platform Rack for Crossbars item # Y05045-39.
Now if your Topper came with tracks, I'll need to know what brand they are so I can find a set of compatible crossbars and mounts to install the Yakima item # Y05045-39. If you could provide me this information in the comment box below or have any additional questions, I would be more than happy to help you get the right set up.
