Will the Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack be a Good Fit for a Canyon Endurace CF 7?

Question:

Im considering the Kuat NV 2.0 base BA22B bike rack for my Canyon Endurace CF Carbon Frame Road Bike. While the rack has excellent reviews, Im concerned about the locking arms proximity to the bikes fork. Can you comment on whether the close contact to the fork might cause damage to the fork or frame over time?

The Kuat NV 2.0 Base Bike Rack # BA22B is hands-down my favorite bike rack that we carry, so I have to say you have a good taste!

This is a great fit for your Canyon Endurace CF 7, and it won't damage your fork at all. The hook has a bit of an extension so the arm will sit a little away from your fork, and the hook just needs to be close to the front for, but you don't have to have it touching the frame at all.

Do you have any other concerns or questions about this bike rack? I definitely understand the need to have peace of mind prior to placing an order, especially on a higher-end product like this.
