Hello Lauren,
Did you just get a truck upgrade?
You can most definitely keep you head unit form the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs # BWRVK3400-5W and put it on a different base. I am not sure if you have the 8' or 6 3/4' bed on you Ram 2500, so here are the options:
- 8' bed: Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram # BWRVB3600
- 6 3/4' bed: Replacement Slider Base for B&W OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Ram Towing Prep Package - 20K # BWRVB3670
Any big trips coming up? If so, where are you headed?
