It definitely will! The Thule Force 3 Rooftop Cargo Box item # TH27SA attaches to round, square, aero, and most factory crossbars. Not sure what kind of roof rack set up your 2006 Acura MDX has but so long as you can place those crossbars so they're somewhere between 23-5/8" - 35-1/2" apart you'll be good to go.
What kind of crossbars do you have?

Hey, how did things go fitting the Thule Force 3 cargo box on your Acura MDX? Were your crossbars spaced within that 23-5/8 to 35-1/2 inch range? Your update could make it easier for others setting up a similar roof rack.
