Yes, the Curt EZr Double Lock Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch with Installation Kit - 30,000 lbs # C611-624 will come with the custom install brackets for your 2013 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 or 3500. If you happen to have the 1500 please let me know.
