Is There a Way to Adapt Yakima Raptor Bike Rack to Crossbars with Channels

Hello, I have a pair of the Yakima Raptor bike carriers and Id like to mount these on the factory cross bars on my Rivian R1T. The bar size and shape dont seem to be compatible with the universal mighty mount. So Im thinking I can use the tslot in the cross bars, but I dont know the proper adapters. Also, I do still have the yakima round bars if theres a way to connect the round bars to the factory bars with an adapter. Thanks, Matt

Hey Matt, since there isn't a way to adapt the Yakima Raptor to attach to crossbars via the top channel of them you basically have two options. A new bike rack that can attach like that or a new roof rack that is compatible with the Raptor like the Thule part # TH82BG as we don't have any Yakima solutions.
For a similar bike rack that can attach to the channels on the tops of crossbars we have the Thule ProRide XT part # TH598004. Is there anything you didn't like about the Raptor?

Hey Matt, how did things go with the Thule ProRide XT or the SquareBar Evo rack for your R1T? Your update could make it easier for others trying to fit older Yakima carriers to factory crossbars.
