Recommended Brake Controller to Replace the Factory Controller on a 2015 Ram 2500

Question:
I have a 2015 ram 2500 cummins.... I tow a fifth wheel that weighs 14600 dry. I am unhappy with the integrated brake controller....no matter what I do I cant get the trailer to stop pushing me... can you recommend a brake controller... plug and play
