Hi there I recently had an trailer electrical system installed on my Volvo xc90 recharge. its the stealth hitch kit. The dealer said that I need to get a 7 pin to 4 pin adapter with a built in resistor for it to work. do you recommend one of your adapters for this?

Yes, we do James! You'll want the 7-Way to 4-Way Trailer Adapter for Vehicles with Lamp-Out Sensors item # C35FR. This will convert the 7-Way connector on your Volvo's Stealth Hitch item # SH27FR and item # SH36FR to work with a 4-way connector.
