Hey Josh! The Lippert Straight Shank for Lippert Jack-It 2 Bike Rack item # LC67HD measures 11-1/2" long x 3-1/4" wide. The spacing from pin holes from center to center is 8-1/4". It's not a traditional shank though that you would see on a hitch. It only works with the Jack-It 2 Bike Rack for A-Frame Trailers.
If you're trying to double up your hitch to use a bike rack and tow a trailer you'll need to use something like the Replacement Shank item # 325-GH-304. This won't mess with your hitch's weight capacity.
What kind of set up are looking at doing where you would need an extended shank?

Thanks Jerred. I was asking because I'm going to make a small cargo tray out of the bike mount. I like the fact that it mounts under/around the jack, and allow access to the propane tanks, whereas the cargo trays that are sold seem to make it quite difficult to access the tanks, let alone change them. If you're interested in the details, let me know but it's going to require some customization and lots of nuts and bolts
