I have a B W sliding fifth wheel for my 2007 Chevy 2500. Is there anyway to adapt it to fit my 2025 Chevy 2500hd. It came from the factory with the holes for both fifth wheel and gooseneck.

Hey Gino! Is your hitch the Companion or the Patriot? If you have a Patriot Slider the only option is to upgrade to the Companion # BWRVK3775 designed for the puck system. Adapter rails won't work with the Patriot and there is no other way for it to fit the OEM prep package. If you have a Companion you can swap out the base with the Replacement Slider Base for B&W Companion Slider 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVB3775.
