This is a 2001 flatbed trailer with dual tandems. One break drum is worn beyond repair. I think so I think I will need at least one break drum and two complete red shoes sets. I think it is a 9000 pound rated axle but not sure. Sending photos of the tag.

Hey Ron thanks for the pictures! To replace the hubs on your Dexter axle you'll want the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 9K to 10K Axles item # K08-288-90. These are designed to replace hubs on axles that were manufactured before July 2009.
To replace the brakes you'll want the Left Hand Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Assembly item # 23-450 or the Right Hand item # 23-451.
