The RC1007A-F2325A Replacement Remote for Greystone Fireplace is what you need for your 26" Wide Greystone RV Curved Electric Fireplace with Logs # GR54FR, but this was unfortunately discontinued as a replacement part back in 2020 so the only way to get a replacement is to find one online that someone just still happens to have. Aside from that, you'll have to kick it old school and get up to use the buttons on the fireplace itself.

My question was and is Who made this fireplace and what is there contact information. Since I just bought a new--Greystone RV Curved Electric Fireplace with Logs - 26" Wide - Recessed Mount - Black p/n GR54FR, from E-Trailer. There should be a website or address for the manufacture of this unit. My installer of this unit lost all the install instructions, plus warrantee paper work and the Remote that came with my fireplace. So How do I contact the manufacture of this unit?
