Yes, I do recommend the Curt trailer hitch # C11408 for your 2015 Subaru WRX STi model. Since you want to use the hitch for a bike rack you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.
Curt also says you have to use stabilization strap # 18050 when using this hitch for any non-trailer load (such as a bike rack or cargo carrier) per their warranty requirements.
For a compatible bike rack I recommend the Swagman Trailhead, # S63360. It fits Class I hitches, holds 2 bikes, and it has a rise in the shank for more ground clearance. If you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
