Hello Victoria,
Great question! The Yakima BackSwing Swing Away Hitch Extender # Y02483 is compatible with Thule bike racks that use a 2" receiver. However, since I see that you have a 2021 Winnebago Navion in our fit guide, I wanted to point out that the Yakima BackSwing is not rated for use at the back of a motorhome.
The reason for this is that the rear of a motorhome experiences significantly more movement and stress compared to a standard vehicle, especially over bumps and rough roads. Because of this, many hitch accessories including the BackSwing aren't designed to handle the increased torque and forces at the back of an RV. Unfortunately, we do not have a swing-away adapter that is rated for motorhome use.
That said, if you're looking for a swing-away solution, we do have a motorhome-rated bike rack, the Thule Apex Swing XT # TH9027XT. This rack includes its own swing-away feature and is built to withstand the extra stress at the back of a motorhome.
I realize that option would require you buying a new bike rack, what kind of bikes are you hauling so I can ensure that the # TH9027XT is compatible with your bikes.
