Can Weight Distribution Frame Hangers Attach to Horse Trailer with V-Nose

My family tows a travel trailer that has this type of bracket on it for our weight distribution hitch. We recently purchased a horse trailer and I would like to add brackets to it. The horses we have in the trailer change and may cause it to go over the 5000 weight limit of our tow vehicle without them. The challenge is the horse trailer has an enclosed tongue with a piece of sheet metal over the top so the trailer frame is not exposed allowing the bracket to slide on. Are there versions of these brackets that could be used with an enclosed tongue?

Hey Tom, we have just what you need with a set of bolt on style chain hangers part # RP58305. Since these attach to the sides of the trailer frame you do not need clearance above it and would work great on your horse trailer.
