Height of 24x84 etrailer Cargo Carrier Above Trailer Bumper

Question:

I have a 2024 Rockwood Minilite 2509S with this model RV it has rear cargo door that swings open to load cargo inside if needed. I haven’t seen a good picture or true height of carrier with bracket. I need to know the max height it sits from the top of the RV 4” bumper to determine if usable. I need door to be able to swing open and not be in contact with cargo rail that runs around entire carrier. I can not find any pictures of RV with cargo carrier and rear cargo load door. Hey Eric! We have one installed on a trailer here so I went out and measured it for you. The # e96ZR sits 5-5/8" above the bumper when measured to the top of the rail. Add in an extra 1/4" for the bolt heads sticking up and you're at 5-7/8". If you have 6" of clearance that would technically do it but more is better just to make sure you don't clip anything and mess up your door. Let me know if that will work for you.

Hey Eric, did the cargo carrier height you measured end up giving your rear cargo door enough clearance to swing open? Knowing how it fit on your Rockwood Minilite could really help others with the same setup. Your update could make it easier for the next person checking door clearance with this carrier.
