I have a 2023 Ford Explorer and want to know if I can access the trunk with the bike rack on. Does the rack tilt?

Hey Wade, yes the Thule Verse bike rack part # TH74SA that you referenced does tilt down to allow you rear cargo area access with bikes loaded so that you can get to the rear trunk area.
