Does The Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel DEX54FR Have A max PSI Rating?

What is the max psi these wheels are rated to support? I am wanting to use high pressure valve stems to mount 80psi load E tires.

Hello Michael, thanks for reaching out. The Dexstar Steel Spoke Trailer Wheel # DEX54FR actually does not have a specific max PSI rating. It can handle the max PSI of any 15" trailer tire. The max PSI is determined by the tire, and the valve stem. So as long as you use a high pressure metal valve stem like part # AM20906, you can absolutely use the Dexstar # DEX54FR wheels with your 80 PSI load range E tires. The # AM20906 valve stem I mentioned is rated for over 100 PSI.
We can provide the wheels, valve stems and tires if you are in need. For a solid 80 PSI load range E tire, I recommend the following:
- Provider ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire - Load Range E # TR225LRE
