I own a 2020 Honda Accord Sport 1.5 Turbo non-Hybrid and want to ensure a proper fit before placing an order. Could you please confirm whether this hitch is compatible with my car?

Yes, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11525 will fit your 2020 Honda Accord Sport just fine. In fact, the installation video and photo I've attached to this page are of this same hitch on a 2021 Accord Sport.
