Question:

I currently have a BandW Patriot fifth wheel hitch that mounts to industry standard bed rails. I am getting a new GMC 3500 that has factory fifth wheel prep. I would like to not have to get a new hitch. Is there an adaptor that will fit the factory fifth wheel prep puck system that I can mount my existing hitch to? I am having a hard time finding one that matches the GMC.

Hey Bryan, as long as the Patriot hitch you have is the non-slider version you can use the Curt adapter part # C88KR. If you have the slider Patriot there isn't an adapter available and only solution would be a new hitch like the B and W Companion part # BWRVK3715. How do you like the Patriot though? Most of the feedback we have on it is that people really like it.
