Troubleshooting No Power to the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for a 2020 Kia Telluride

Question:
After installing the cj68jr kit that was confirmed to work with a 2020 Kia Telluride and purchasing a 7 pin tester the pollak 7way, I can say that the 12volt and trailer brakes do not work, the vehicle came with 4 pin trailer connector installed so installing the curt t connector cj68jr kit was easy but it does not work, please help, do I have to remove and send everything back?

Hey Guy really sorry to hear about that! So it's very likely that the reason the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness for Factory Tow Package # C68JR is not working is due to a fuse either being blown or missing.
You're going to need to check your owner's manual to figure out where the fuse should be to verify if there is one or if it's blown.
If you checked that and everything is fine, then I'd suggest making sure there aren't any breaks or damages to the wires.
