Will Bestop TrekStep Fit a 2016 Ram 1500 with Dual Exhaust?

2016 Ram 1500 Big Horn with dual exhaust. Can this step be installed on my Ram Truck with dual exhaust? Previously asked by another customer and the response was Yes, but the installation guide says not compatible with dual exhaust trucks.

Hey Kyle, thanks for reaching out!
You're correct that the Bestop TrekStep # BE64UV won't fit with a dual exhaust, and I've sent in a note to have that other page updated to reflect this.
You can potentially use something like the Carr Custom-Fit Side Step # CAR24GR, but you'll have to figure out how to install it because it's designed around installing by the doors.
What is the main reason you're wanting to add a step to your truck? Obviously, it's to be able to reach into the truck, but is there a certain scenario you're thinking of?

Thanks for the response, Jon. I am seeking a convenient way to step up into the bed of my Ram 1500 when loading and unloading camping gear frequently. I have opted to go another route at this time.
