I have a 2008 Tacoma SR5 Xtra Cab two-wheel drive and would like to know if this hitch will fit with no modification.

The Draw-Tite Max Frame Class III Receiver Hitch, part # 75236 will fit your 2008 Tacoma as long as the Tacoma is not the X-Runner model. If your Tacoma is the X-Runner Model, you would want to use the Curt Class III Receiver Hitch, part # 13323. Neither the Curt or the Draw-Tite model would require any modifications to the vehicle.
