Question:
Needing brakes for my Lippert 4400LB axle. The brake assembly is labeled Axeltek-44-gg which brings me to part AKEBRK-35L-SA which is for a 3500lb axle. Its my understanding that the 3500 and 4400lb axles have different bolt hole patterns. Just needing to know what exactly I need for my axles.

Hey Mark! To replace the brakes on your Lippert 4,400 lbs axles you'll need the Lippert Electric Trailer Brakes item # LC66WD. While the 4 bolt mounting pattern is the same you don't want to put 3,500 lbs capacity brake assemblies on a 4,400 lbs axle. These are sold as a pair. You'll need one set per axle.
We do offer replacement mounting hardware with item # BRKH10B if you want to swap your old ones out while you've got the brake assemblies off. This is hardware for one axle.

Hey Mark, how did the Lippert electric brakes work out on your 4,400 lb axles? It’d be great to know if the fit and performance matched what you needed. Your update could make it easier for others with the same axle setup.
