Will The Peterson LumenX LED Backup Light # M826C-7 Replace TruckLite Model 40 Reverse Light?

Would this light work as a replacement for a Trucklite model 40 reverse light

Hello Chris, thanks for reaching out. The Peterson LumenX LED Backup Light # M826C-7 can indeed be used to replace the Trucklite model 40 reverse light.
The Trucklite model 40 is a 4-1/4" diameter clear backup light, and the Peterson # M826C-7 is the exact same diameter, color and function. The # M826C-7 does have 7 diodes which appears to be more than the Trucklite, but aside from that they are virtually identical.
