Hi Ken,
For your F-150's 275/55R20 tire size I recommend the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains - Diamond Pattern # TC2327. This has the diamond pattern you wanted, is a drape over style, and has an assisted tensioning for a much easier installation. These are good for on road use only and designed for deep snow.
Are you mostly dealing with snow or do you have a mix of snow and ice?
