Correct Replacement Converter Panel for 2003 Wildcat 31 with Parallax 7355

Question:

I have a 2003 Wildcat 31 5th wheel with a Parallax 7355 converter. I want to go to LifePo4 batteries. I saw a Progressive Dynamics recommended a PD4060K. Is that still the current choice? Thanks

Hey Steve, yes the Progressive Dynamics Converter Panel part # PD4060K is still the correct and best replacement for the Parallax 7355 converter. This has a lithium charge profile as well which would be needed for the LifePo4 batteries.

@JamesonC: The swap has been wonderful. I paid an electrician to get it done correctly-well worth it-and we switched over to LifeP04 batteries. When I have them out next, I'll see if we can't get a couple of circuits changed so a more even draw is achieved. I am very happy and would definitely recommend the PD4060K! Thank you folks for all your help. I also want to tell you the next day, on craigslist, I saw someone who was asking for a converter. He is trying to be a single parent, like I am, because I got such a great deal I gave the guy the old converter and $30. I just left the converter and envelope near my front door for him. I didn't need another Thank You, the Glory goes to God, I just play a small part. Still, it feels great. Thank you for your time, Steve
