Solution for Swagman E-Spec Bike Rack Where Lock Cores Fell Out of Arms

I have a swagman e spec bike rack I bought from you that had the locking tumblers fall out of the locking arms. Any info on how to put them back in. Thanks

Hey Morris, the lock cores of the arms of your Swagman E Spec bike rack should not be falling out and that problem would be covered by the racks limited lifetime warranty. I would contact where you got the rack from but they will most likely require you to get new arms for the rack which we offer with the part # SP428. I looked through your orders and didn't see that your ordered the part # S94FR from us.
