Will this work for a Saris MTR-1.2, or 1+2, 2+2 addons? Looking to get this for my Saris MTR-1+2 bike addon

Yes, it will! The Kuat Hi-Lo Pro Hitch Extender item # KU37FR is compatible with other bike rack manufacturer's like Saris. It fits 2" hitch receivers and has a 250 lbs weight capacity.
Please note that use of an adapter or extender reduces your hitches capacity by 50%.
